SHIFT is a finalist for the IFundWomen Fund Forward Awards 2022!

This year we are SO excited to announce that out of 5,700  applicants, SHIFT Consulting is a finalist for the IFundWomen Fund Forward 2022 Awards, and the winner of their business services category! Through this one-of-a-kind funding program, we, alongside 7 other women-owned businesses, have an opportunity to pitch before a panel of high-profile entrepreneurs and women executives for the chance to win a $100,000 equity investment from IFundWomen!

According to IFundWomen, women only receive  2.3% of the total venture capital money invested each year, and women of color get less than 0.65% . That’s why we are so excited to be a part of this IFundWomen community that is working to change that! This is an exciting moment for SHIFT. We started our company at the height of the #MeToo movement because we believed deeply in the notion that workplaces could be radically inclusive. We believed that diversity, equity, and inclusion conversations weren’t just nice to haves, but a critical part of a business. We see the power of education, training, and professional development being built by people like us for people like us. And since starting, we have experienced tremendous growth in the past five years - and we couldn’t have done it without your support. 

This whole amazing experience with IFundWomen shows us how necessary this work is, and though we always knew this, it has validated how so many others still believe in the necessity of this work.

And in our pitch, we are excited to share to the public our dreams of building out a more expansive SHIFT online academy of our e-course - in hopes of creating a new DEI industry standard for you and your company.  And we want to thank YOU for being a part of this and our journey!
